Year 3 Mc Namee are busy preparing for St. Brigid’s Day. They made wonderful pictures of St. Brigid with her cloak. This is based on the story of how Brigid tricked the King of Leinster in to giving her land to build her first convent. Yr3 Mc Namee enjoyed the story and loved working together in groups to make their patchwork cloaks. They also drew their own scenes from the story of Brigid which are superb. What wonderful work !
