P2 have been learning about feelings. We heard a story about Angry Arthur and talked about things that make us angry. We then discussed things we can do to help us calm down when we are angry.
Isobel, Lily H and Cathal did a ribbon dance. Hemish counted slowly backwards from 10. Lucy and Ollie took deep breaths in and out. Luca put his hands in cool, clear water. Ricardo scribbled on a piece of paper. Eimear imagined a huge, yummy birthday cake and blew out the candles
