In PE this week, Mr McAuley’s class took part in one of Joe Wick’s famous ‘HIIT’ (high-intensity interval training) workouts. It was a great PE lesson that helped show us that we can use simple exercises anywhere. We all enjoyed it! Our hearts were racing and we were sweating, as we worked so hard. We were all exhausted…except Mr McAuley of course. J
