We have been learning yoga in Primary 1. We were lucky that Alannah’s mummy came to visit us during PE and she teaches yoga to little boys and girls. We learnt all about taking our big breaths in and letting all the air out. We then went on a magical trip into the forest, we were big tall trees, foxes, bears and butterflies. We had lots of fun doing yoga and we relaxed at the end. We said Namaste at the end. Namaste everyone!
