P1 Merron - 'f' sound

This week we have been learning all about the letter 'f'. We have been learning the letter 'f's' name, its sound and how to form it. In the pictures we were doing a cut and stick activity, we had to decide which pictures began with the letter 'f' and stick them on our sheet. Some pictures didn't begin with the letter 'f' so they had to go in the paper bin. We had 2 spaces left to draw pictures of things beginning with'f'. We have now learnt 10 sounds so far in school, 's, a, t, p, i, n, m, o, c, f'. We have been having lots of fun making CVC words on our whiteboards e.g. pat, fit, cap, sit, pit, not etc. You could try making some words at home too.
