P1 McNamee More or Less

Today we were listening and working with Mrs McGorman. We had little pots with lots of different objects and then we had to set these out on our table in lines and ‘pair’ them up. Then we had to tell Mrs McGorman which line had more or less. Ellie had more grapes and less dinosaurs, Cillian had more bears and less bananas. We had to swop our pots around after we told Mrs McGorman and we had lots and lots of goes!

At home you could look at books and pencils, toys and teddies, spoons and forks etc and tell an adult which has more and which has less.
