Today Year 7 Maguire performed a wonderful assembly on Modesty and Humility.
They has acted out a modern day version of The Emperor's New Clothes. Hollywood better look out as there were some amazing actors and actresses. They should be nomiated for an Oscar !
The moral behind the assembly is that we should all try and be modest, respectful and put others before ourselves.
Dear God
We pray for compassion and humility in our hearts.
Let us be modest, gentle, generous, loving , giving and forgiving wherever we may go.
Allow pride to never get the beter of us as you fulfil our dreams.
Let humility invade our souls.
Let us oray to the Lord.
