Today we learnt about the 2 E's in basketball. Elbow and Elevation. In basketball your elbow should be in a straight line with your hand and foot when shooting. Elevation is important to ensure the ball drops through the hoop. Our basketball coach is excellent at teaching us the key skills in a fun way.
