Year 5 Montague and McAuley Music Lesson

Miss Montague and Mr McAuley's class had a very enjoyable music lesson with Mrs Toal. The song we learned was called ‘Shay Shay Koolay’. It is an African song, sang to keep people working in coal mines. While we sang the song, we had to pass on beanbags at each pulse. There were 20 beats in the song and 40 in 2 verses. This was probably the most exciting music lesson we have had in P.5.
