The parents of Year 7 Mackle enjoyed a wonderful assembly today. The theme was World Book Day. The Year 7 pupils interviewed some of their favourite authors, Roald Dahl and JK Rowling. They told how their pathway to fame was not as easy as you may think. They sang a lovely song " Pure Imagination" and did not use the traditional CD player but in fact had their own class orchestra ! Two Year 7 pupils designed the accompanying PowerPoint without any adult assistance. Well done to Jack and Mark.
There were many proud parents in the audience. Congratulations to Mrs Mackle and her wonderful class.
