We had a real interesting morning today led by Gary from the Redcross, our 2nd important Workshop of P6. Together we explored the meaning of a challenge and discussed and shared ways of being resilient. Our 'giraffe ' task was a great learning experience for us all helping us to explore the core skills of building resilience- stability, connections, resources and adaptability. We had a such a fun morning.
