We held our first Maths workshop with P2 Wynne and P2 McIvenny. The children impressed everyone with their mathematical thinking and work on the activities. The adults in the room enjoyed themselves too.
As a school we are taking part in National Numeracy's Schools and Families Programme. National Numeracy is a charity dedicated to raising confidence in maths and awareness of the maths in everyday life - philosophies which fit exactly with the ethos of mathematics teaching in our school.
