On Wednesday P2 O'Prey went to the P1 playground to do some outdoor learning. First Mrs O'Prey reminded us how to find half of a number, count out the number of objects, share them into 2 equal groups and count how many in each group. Then we went downstairs and got into groups of 3. One person was the counter, one the recorder and one the sharer. We swapped the jobs about so it was fair. Everyone had lots of fun sharing balls, cones dominoes and beanbags. The higher numbers like 28 and 30 were trickier. We hope the good weather continues so we can do more outdoor learning.
