Today we celebrated St. Brigid’s Day. We had a lovely Mass for Years 4 - 7 in the Church. Fr. O’Donnell told us that like Brigid we were “like lights”. We sang some lovely hymns. Mrs Lundy’s class got their pictures taken with some crosses which were donated to the school by Fr. O’Donnell. You can see in the photographs some of Mrs Lundy’s pupils holding the St. Brigid’s patchwork cloak they made for their prayer service. One of the best things about St. Brigid’s Day is that we are all going home at 2pm. Enjoy!
