What a fabulous Election we had today!
Well done to the Eco Committee members of P5 and P6 who ran a seamless and speedy election! All classes involved knew exactly what to do and that’s down to their teachers and our wonderful speakers. All our helpers did a fantastic job… From supervising the voting to making sure each child voted only once by stamping them on the way put and from handing out voting slips to tallying the results at the end of each vote. Each member of the committee too an oath when they joined so well done for keeping the results a secret over lunch!! They did their peers and school very proud!!!
I would like to thank the present Eco Committee for representing their classes on the committee and remind them that it was their hard work that helped us achieve the Green Flag last year! We now have a new committee so I would like to welcome them and wish them the best of luck next term. We are lucky to have such an Eco friendly bunch of children in St. Bride’s!
