Congratulations to our cross country squads on an excellent performance at Round One of the Flahavan's Cross Country league. Our runners all showed excellent character and enjoyed a morning in the sun at Antrim forum. The course was beautiful but not for the faint hearted! Several of our squad collected medals and some impressive times. We look forward to our next run in November. Well done to all.
