Today Year 4 Mc. Keating had their class assembly on Anti-Bullying. It was fabulous! They definitely got the message across to all the Year 4 & 5 pupils.
They had lots of poems and role play and advice on how to be a good friend.
They told us who we could talk to if we were being bullied and how you can help your friend by telling someone . They told us what to do if you do not want to talk to your teacher;tell a dinner supervisor, tell a friend, talk to the other teachers who are there to hep you. They reminded us about the Thinking Box/ Worry Box which are in all our classes.
During the Assembly we also revisited the Anti- Bullying Code and The Bystander Codes.
Year 4 Mc Keating want our school to be an Anti- Bullying Zone.
