Early morning temperatures plummeted to -8 degrees and provided the best conditions for skiing so far. The sun shone and the snow cannons were in operation. The highlight of the day was when the beginner groups left the nursery slopes and skied down their first blue run through the forest. What an amazing achievement! Some of the pupils were nervous getting on the chair lifts for the first time but by the end of the day they had mastered the chair lifts and cannot wait to get to the slopes tomorrow.
