Mrs McMahon's class had the pleasure of being invited to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Mary Peter's winning her Gold Medal,an event held at the Mary Peter's track.
Mary Peters herself was there to meet the boys and girls and after some relay races and an aerial photo of the letters 'Mary P' made out by all the schools attending,the class received a commemorative T-Shirt and goodie bag. Thank you Athletics NI for a wonderful morning celebrating a fantastic lady.
