Year 4 Wilson Visit Belfast War Memorial
27th Feb 2020
Today P4 McKenna / Wilson went to visit the War Memorial as part of our World Around Us topic, World War Two. We had a great morning learning about what happened during the Belfast Blitz and during air raids. We got to see different gas masks for babies, children and adults. We participated in a quiz, looking for information and clues around the museum. We also enjoyed trying on the clothes and helmets people would have worn during the war, e.g. Air raid wardens, soldiers and nurses.
